“Bought Clinisept+ Mouthwash X 2. Received good service and price from Victoria Health. Easy to navigate website with clear product details including all the 'need to knows' Prompt & well packed delivery, despite there being a Royal Mail strike. No problems were encountered from the first web view to receipt of goods. Will use Victoria Health again. Happy Bunny!”

“The products are great but since you have been using Amazon to deliver my packages are just being left outside the front door and the driver isn’t waiting until the door is answered or checking someone is in. Packages have been wet, and left in full view of passers by. Tonight my package was supposedly delivered. We are in , no one rang the bell and there is no package on the doorstep so I have no idea where it is or whether someone has picked it up. I’m hoping a neighbour has it but there is no information to indicate it’s whereabouts!”

“I haven't received either of my orders. The first order which consisted of 3 items apparently according to Amazon has gone missing, this was 3 weeks ago. The second order which was supposed to be a Christmas present has still not arrived via Royal Mail. Very angry about this.”
