“Going through Perimenopause and I was very low and desperate to find a supplement to support my body. I gave this a try and it is helping me significantly with my mood and helps me not breakout in dripping sweat. I still have flushes here and there but the severity and frequency has been reduced. I can function more effectively during my day. They are a clean supplement so there aren't any fillers or added chemicals which is important to me when looking for supplements. I take the recommended dose of 2 per day - 1 in the morning and 1 at night and I have seen an improvement with my sleep too.”
