“Unfortunately I have not received my order - it is still in the PO , because VH. unlike other British traders has not botheted to address the reality of Brexit and allows orders to go to EU countries without making the necessary ecport adjustments. End of buying from VH !!!”

The item was on Pre-order as noted on the website at the time of your purchase and was shipped once the stock arrived, and at which time the details of the tracking were shared directly with you. I have just tracked this link shared and noted that it is currently clearing customs in the Netherlands and should be with you soon. Shipments are still taking a little longer than hoped due to Brexit and Covid, both having an impact on the local transport teams. Further to the below, I have just tracked your order. Our delivery partner tried to deliver your parcel on 22-07-2021 but there didn't seem to be anyone in. They've left a note about how to make further arrangements with you. Perhaps you did not see this?
