“Never received items Ordered over a month ago and contacted support MULTIPLE times Extremely dissatisfied as I have ordered multiple times over last year and a half and will never order again”

I have checked the history of messages and seen that you and I did in fact speak earlier in the month and I shared this tracking with you, but only that one email. It notes in your review that you contacted us many times. I can confirm that we did not get these and we pride ourselves on replying to messages really very quickly and helping to resolve any issues that our customer may have. With regards to your shipment, I can see that the tracking has not moved in some weeks. This is most strange and I can only assume that it has been lost. This can of course happen from time to time. No often, but it can happen. -VH
