“Received almost everything and great service as usual, from outside the UK. However, I want to order something which can only be sent to a UK address, which I have done many times in the past, to a relative,but the VH system now blocks me from doing so. I've written VH twice about this but no reply as of yet, not even "we're looking into it."”

“I have mixed feelings about this product. The formulation seems good, it's soothes a patch of what I think is eczema on my eye lid, that nothing else was helping. As soon as I skip a few days of the lidstick it gets sore again though. I really don't like the applicator. On my last one, I lost a few centimetres to the floor where the stick snapped as I was getting to the end. It's frustrating to waste any, as you don't get much product in the tube. A pot would be great, but perhaps that wouldn't work well for the formula.”
