“Good afternoon What I love about this company is it's rapid delivery. It puts others to shame in this respect, and its customer service is exceptional. You get the sense that the staff members really care about the wellbeing of their clients. However, while I have no doubt that the products VH promotes and sells are done so with a genuine belief of their efficacy. I have to say that I have invested probably a couple of hundred pounds on a few these formulas in the hope of seeing some of the benefits that are espoused on the website. But to be honest I feel disillusioned and out of pocket as I have seen no improvement with the exception of Hyaluronic Acid Capsules which may, and I stress may have helped my dry eyes. Sorry for the negative spin on a brand I was really rooting to have something more positive to say about. Happy New Year”

“Am super gutted. Spent hours researching and read incredible reviews for these products but neither have worked for me. Now have spots, itching and redness that I didn’t have before, and I struggle to believe it’s purging. Did contact customer service about the vitamin c burning but sadly the advice didn’t help. I have also never used these products at the same time as I know they can cause irritation but has still had issues. Overall, disappointing. Really wanted to love this brand!”

“Unfortunately the products caused a very itchy scalp along with burning ears and shortness of breath. I stupidly used a second time thinking it was something else but after the second use I realised it is the Fulvic products causing my horrible symptoms. I don't know what is in the fulvic products causing my bad reaction but it's definitely the products. On a positive note I liked the way my hair looked and felt after using its a shame I reacted to it. For me a total waste of money.”

“I bought the product as I need a sunscreen for my face with a high SPF. I used the sunscreen only once and found it to be really thick and difficult to apply to my face. It stuck to my face in thick blobs. I do not recommend the product for this reason.”

“Recent order for MULTIVITAMINS Not happy with the container and lid, difficult to open keeps spinning around, not closing properly and smell of vitamins when open my kitchen cupboard. Tablets are huge!!”

“Ok, I called from over seas and asked IF I could take your vitamin suppliment as I had high blood pressure, guess wht I cannot. The mouth wash smelled like a dirty toilet (I know what that smells like b the way) to use for chillitis to rince inside your mouth, no way I tossed the suppliment and mouth wash stat. The lip product had way down the list of ingredients almost last that IT had Lysine in it....just a glorified lip balm. Upset, disgusted.”

“I'm happy with the service, the prcel arrived on time and i recived a little gift which is nice, however the tea I received was probably a faulty batch as all teabags arrived empty. This is very disappointing and difficult to resolve. Please see the photos attached.”

“This is the first time I have used this product and I was excited to try it based on the information and what the product could do. I have been using it for over a month now and it is disappointing to say that I have not noticed any difference in my upper lip lines, as described by the product information. I have used other products in the past that make a significant difference on first application, but I still cannot see any difference with this one, which is a shame, especially considering the price. I am sorry to say I will not be purchasing the product again and cannot recommend it. There are other products that I have had better results with for a better price.”

Thank you for your feedback. Please allow me to explain, we dispatched your order straight away but you have selected the standard international shipping ,which is a postal service. This is slower than dual due to Christmas post.-VH

“I have ordered hair supplements from VH for many years. However on this occasion, having ordered 4 bottles of Superior Health which anre quite expensive, all of them have a short expiry date of May 2024. It would be helpful if the product received had a longer shelf life than just 8 months.”

“I've been buying from VH for four or five years and have always been very happy with the products and service (great product range, wealth of information in the newsletters and online, quick delivery and sustainable packaging). I recently became a VH Addict as I'll be buying a particular supplement regularly for a family member who finds the tablets of great benefit. However, on this occasion, I bought a product that I wished to return and, having read the terms, asked if it was eligible within the required timeframe, and got no response to my e-mail - on two occasions.”
