Online chat took an hour but did get resolved.
Victoria plum don’t you ever read your reviews?, if you did then maybe you would open a few telephone lines and offer a proper customer service.

Ordered and paid for next day delivery. Actually took 6 days to arrive, delaying project. The item itself was inadequately packaged, so damaged and unusable on arrival. Eg the bath had no packaging at all over 90% of its area, it didn't come in a box, or even wrapped in any significant packaging for the most part.
There is no way of contacting Victoria Plum, apart from their online chat, and on occasions even that showed as "unavailable" during normal office hours. My experience was it took me 90 minutes wait as standard to get through to an online chat operator. Victoria Plums customer service operators were inefficient, and would ask the same questions, and need the information repeating multiple times. Eventually refunded after a further 6 days delay. My experience was that Victoria Plum are a terrible, incompetent company, and I'd advise everyone to avoid them.”
“Terrible customer service. Have completely ignored me regarding damaged items. 4 a answered emails and still nothing. They don’t even have a phone number to call on Do not use”
“Long wait for order. I don't believe the next day delivery advertisement. 2 weeks later, Van arrived without a bath and a unit to put the toilet and sink into! Delivery refused and took 4 goes and ages to organise a refund. Advise anyone to try out their customer service BEFORE they order anything.”

“What a complete waste of time, I placed an order, paid for the item and was given a delivery date. I cancelled my arrangements to wait for the delivery. Delivery arrived but the contents are not mine but for a customer in Wales, our names and addresses are totally different. No phone, No email only a robot, after waiting 35 minutes so far, I’ve moved from 35 to 21 in line. This is not even a problem of my making but an incompetent employee who obviously doesn’t check what they are doing. I will not use this company again, for anyone about to order first check there non existent customer service. AVOID ALL COST”
“3 failed deliveries of a bath, each time a week delay before they can return and no telephone contact possible only online chat with the most absurd queue lengths, I’ve wasted hours and get nowhere.
I will never use Victoria plum again and I do not recommend them to anyone, their customer service is non existent a truly awful company that deserves to go out of business.”

“I ordered a sink, all was well. I received an email to say my order had shipped from their warehouse.
A few hours later, another email to say my order was cancelled as the product had been discontinued. So why tell me it had left the warehouse and why is the exact same item still on the website and showing 'in stock'. I have had no response to me emails, nor a refund. Very power customer spice. You are not an excellent company, you are a long way off adequate.”

Quick to take your money but when you try to exchange or return the goods they send you around in a continuous loop of actions that eventually leave you at the bottom of a list of 63 and expect you to hang on for an indeterminate time to have a live chat with someone . If your screen dies during that time they drop you off the queue because of your inactivity. Seeking credit card advice on this transaction...you have been warned”
“If only i could put 0 stars!!! Non existent customer service - its a disgrace. Take your money, have a faulty item and theres absolutely nothing I can do about it. Nobody to call, the online chat service kicked me out after waiting HOURS (literally) to speak to someone. So frustrating!!! Waited from number 78 in the queue. Got down to 1 to be told to continue waiting, then it jumped back to 78 again! So angry!”
“Shocking service placed an order 2 weeks ago and unable to talk to anyone and have sent emails too. Virtual assistants are diabolical and only pick up on words set by them unable to resolve or make sense. Will not be using this organisation again or those that you can’t talk to a human being!!!!!!!”

“TERRIBLE OR NON EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Had a problem with a brand new shower door just fitted. Hinge had ceased and makes terrible noise and judders from first day. Been a month now and still not resolved.
No telephone service - had to wait 50 places and 45 minutes on live chat - and now we receive clueless emails.
