“Worst service I have had from an online company.Expect 3 day delivery the order will be delivered to the hub in the next 5 days and then I get an email from there delivery company telling me it will take up to 10 days and not to pester them before then.Order placed 20th October and delivered on the 11th of November .19 days to travel 400 miles could have had it delivered quicker by bicycle.Wont hurry back.”
“We bought a shower set from you and the information was misleading in the customer questions where it was asked if there was a full wall plate for the valves and the customer assistant replied there was the option of separate as shown in the diagram or full wall plate: see below - contacted your Chat and no one could help outrageously bad customer service !
Is there a option for this valve so you can ad a face plate as tiler wasn’t sure and hasn’t finished his tiles close enough to the valve controls.

Hi Edward we sell this shower valve with either separate wall plates as shown in the images or a full wall plate, we unfortunately don't sell the wall plates separately though, thanks.

“Bought a single wash basin for £50, when opened found not a suitable match. Was going to return it until I found that they charge £60 for collecting, won’t be dealing with them again or recommending”

“I received my vanity unit today. There was a bit of damage to the back of the unit. I contacted them on their customers website and 5 mins later had sorted delivery of a new one in 2 days. Excellent, prompt service.”

“I have returned an item 45 days ago, and still I have not received any refunds. There is no way that they reply your emails or you can call them. I had an online chat and they said we have issued the refund, but I never received it.”
“Hot bathroom tap zapped at one o'clock in the morning, we were able to cut the water supply yo it and now can't turn it off. Now the shower tray has cracked at three months old so we can't use the shower. If you want to chew your cabbage twice then use this company.”

Just terrible service and poor standard of product. You cannot speak to anyone when there is a problem just a bot then chat. Firstly I confirmed delivery for the majority of the order only despite written assurances it did not turn up. This meant I had al the tradesmen booked in for the week but nothing for them to do. VP just had no interest and said it was my responsibility. Other small issues arose such as a towel rail arriving with no fittings. All this hampered the job as the builders had to wait till the plumber could fit etc.
The final straw was the thermostatic shower valve had a crack in it and was useless. VP told me a replacement would be sent but then said it was discontinued and no alternative was available as it had very specific non standard dimensions.
This means all the tiles have to come off to gain access and to re-plumb for a new size, extra expense for me but VP could not care less. They offered me a refund which never arrived so I had to chase them again and again to get it issued.
Customer service and quality of products are awful, would never use them again and certainly never recommend.”
“I had a shower fitted last year that has now broken, the chat bot can’t help and now left without a shower. No reply to my emails, no telephone number to call. The trade account telephone number that Barry Davidson gave us last year is no longer working. You can’t buy spare parts as the parts you use are foreign. We would never use this company again 😡”

“Bought an expensive (£160) shower Mixer in January 2021. Now nearly impossible to turn off and on, they say it's out of warranty and deny I registered for the "lifetime" warranty that was offered. AVOID!”
“The fitters were great. It turned out however that the bathroom tap was faulty a hairline crack, the leak from which was not evidenced for weeks. The fitters did everything they could. I reported the problem to VP, they wanted video evidence of the leak or photos of the hairline crack on an already fitted tap. VP do not want to know, guarantees are ultimately worthless. Appalling customer service.”
