They owe me just over£300. Even arranging the returns was an absolute nightmare stay clear you can order with ease but try and return or get a refund. I'm taking them trading standards ”

“ Faulty toilet, not fit for purpose, doesn’t flush properly, I have emailed the company several times, I have received a email from them at the beginning of October 2020 asking for invoice etc and photo, I sent photos and invoice, then nothing, just a standard email saying they will be in touch within 5 days, there is no telephone number, now the email address on the website returns my emails saying unable to deliver my email. ”

You'll wait for hours on the phone or online chat and if you don't get cut off you'll end up speaking to someone who tries to help but will usually end up by saying 'not my department'. ”

“ Victoria Plumb advertise 14 day no quibble returns - however what they dont tell you in the big headline print - only hidden away when you look for it - is that it costs you £49.99 to return a "no quibble return". Although the items were good I will never shop with them again because of this - and wont recommend to anyone. ”
