“From the start of the pandemic Video Guys have been a giant help to me and my company. Fantastic customer service and support. Knowledgeable staff. Good Pricing and generally fast shipping. I think having a slightly broader selection of brands across camrea and livestream solutions would put them at the top of the go to vendor list.”

“It started with Jim's great introductory YouTube video. That lead to a phone conversation and help selecting the BirdDog P200 PTZ cam and educational bundle for our house of worship. At one point I was concerned that the IR remote was defective, and Jim was arranging to send a spare when I determined it was a battery problem. Thanks, VideoGuys! -Dave, Vermont USA”

“If you need a product for work or an event do not order from this company - their shipping cannot be trusted. The first order we made from this company was lost and the second will now not arrive in time for our work event. As a gig worker this is extremely frustrating as we were relying on this company and now have to find a last minute replacement elsewhere after being PROMISED that the replacement product would arrive on time.”

“Amazing deal on the external SSD. Much cheaper than any other website. When I first placed my order it was on backorder and delayed, so I was worried maybe the price was too good to be true and they would never actually ship it. But a few weeks later it arrived and is incredibly fast and is working well.”
