“The people at Videoguys are amazing and really worked with me. The product that we bought to stream our high school games hasnt been the same story. The LiveU Solo is always dropping during the games, none of the games have had more than 6k people attending and it drops at least 5 times a game. I wish we could have been pointed in a better direction to use a better device as that is money that has not been well spent from our budget Alex Benson abenson@borntocompete.com”

“This is a five-star-plus review. The product I ordered arrived quickly. Unpacked it and found the power cord I needed was missing. E-mailed customer service. Had a reply the next morning, and the proper power cord was overnighted the next day. Super service. Reasonable prices. Expect to do business again with Videoguys.”

Hi Kevin- I apologize that you felt brushed aside. We have had either myself or my sales engineer out or unavailable for the past 3 weeks and have been relying more heavily on our manufacturer support teams. PTZOptics support is in the US and is usually very responsive and helpful so we expected you would find the help more quickly and easily. I am happy to work with you if you still need assistance. Please call Jim at 800-323-2325 x1110 and I have our sales engineer back this week as well if we need to schedule time with him.

“This was my first order from Videoguys, and although I usually start small with a store I’m unfamiliar with, they were one of the few who had the item I needed in stock. I easily found the item I needed and ordered it, and it arrived in the timeframe promised in perfect condition. “I am tremendously happy with my purchase experience with VideoGuys. I was in the middle of a very time-sensitive edit when my Avid contract ran out unexpectedly. I went onto the website, and within a few mouse clicks, I had purchased my new discounted license and was back to editing.
