“I was a 1st-time customer when calling and was blown away at how helpful and knowledgeable the guy was on the other end of the phone. By the time we were finished, I was able to get more than I was first expecting and still stay within my original budget. I will definitely be doing more business here.”

“I was sent a delicate 44TB SanDisk Pro Mirror external hard drive in a thin box with a single piece of wadded-up paper. Of course, the drive was destroyed in transit, with plastic pieces rattling around inside. My company lost three days waiting for a new one (purchased at another company, which sent the drive double bubble-wrapped in a heavy-duty box). Not very smart, Guys.”

I absolutely agree with you and have shared this review and your image with our Warehouse Manager. I am certainly sorry for the lack of attention given to this packaging and for your time lost. “The price was right and the SD cards work great, but I do have one issue that gives me pause to purchase from you again: Delivery took way too long. It took seven days to receive the cards. I’ve purchased products from manufacturers in Japan and China where it took seven days. A routine purchase from a domestic supplier should take a day or two, at most.”

I am sorry to hear about that. We have warehouses in NY and CA and your memory cards were only in stock in CA and shipped from there via UPS Ground the day you purchased. UPS service has been especially disappointing

“From the start of the pandemic Video Guys have been a giant help to me and my company. Fantastic customer service and support. Knowledgeable staff. Good Pricing and generally fast shipping. I think having a slightly broader selection of brands across camrea and livestream solutions would put them at the top of the go to vendor list.”
