“Taken a lot of viking river cruises an alway been great. Took the ocean cruise on the Viking Star may 2 an was very disappointed in the service on the ship an all of the land tours an their tour guide were very bad not responding to the needs of the passenger.”

“We went on Rhibe cruise last year and unimpressed. Poor locations and service. We had already booked the Homelands ocean cruise and go end May. So far very disappointed with website, lack of response to simple questions and general misleading and indifferent telephone service. Fact we get this survey a year after one cruise and months before another just shows inefficiency”
