Worst customer service ever! Placed an order on 01/12/2020, first initially told 5 working days. Then when I called to ask for an update was told can take up to 10-15 working days. 15 working days have passed. I called customer service who are completing useless, said they would pass my request onto the delivery team over a week ago, still not heard from to then be told by customer service there is a backlog and can take 5-7 days for them to get in touch. I asked how long a refund would take if I was to cancel. 14 business days!! I am so upset as this was a Christmas present and don't have another £450 to go out and buy another. The chat service is rubbish they can't even give an update on when it will actually arrive.

Terrible! Took my money, held it for a week and order was showing processed. 5 days later I contacted them for a delivery day. They said up to 10 days although it said 2-3 when I placed the order. Very rude and unprofessional “chat”. They ignored 3 of my emails, then I got a an email saying the item was no longer available but would have to wait 5 working days for a refund. Still not got the money back. AVOID

Awful customer service. Chose this company because they offered 10% discount for new customers. The code they provided for the discount was not recognised so no discount. Went ahead with the order anyway and they sent the wrong product. After calling them they sent the correct item but they have billed me a second time. To return the wrong item they have said that I must be home so they can collect it but they can’t tell me when they are going to come. This is a nightmare for someone who works full time. I will never use this company again.

Despite being a business and apparently the invoice would be sent with the goods - it wasn't. Phoned their office and said they would email it. Never received. Do they think we will use them again - NEVER!

Terrible company - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! I put an order in on the 19th Nov 20 and it was getting delivered on the 20th Nov 20 and by the 27th Nov 20 still had no parcel so I had went onto my account and it said it had been delivered but I had no note through door to say a neighbor had taken it in so I then send an email and got a reply saying I have checked the system and it was delivered on the 23/11/20 at 10:30 and got handed to neighbor at No:14 but the fact I didn't know it was there and I had to chase it up to find out where it was is shocking! It would have been nice to know where it was! The packaging could have been better as well. Company should be shut down! OVER ALL NOT VERY HAPPY! Don't waste your money and time on this company!

Because they did not publish my review on their website, I'll try it here (I bet they would have if it was 5 star review) First of all, the next day delivery took 13 days Secondly I was charged twice - refunded after I made a complain.. Thirdly.. 90% of the photo paper they sent is damaged at the corner.. Fourthly - This is my second time in my whole life, giving a "bad" review to someone - Usually I understand how difficult it is to make everyone happy, but the red line has been crossed multiple times here..

Ordered a laser printer which was shown as in stock. After a week chased up and spoke to Viking and was told to expect delivery in the next week. A further week later I call Viking again, very helpful guy opens a 'case file'. A day later receive a curt email informing me the item is not in stock, they have cancelled my order and I will get refund of my money in 5 days.

Appaling customer service. Cabinet arrived dented took forever to get through on phone. Despite ringing in the morning was told couldn't guarantee a day a replacement would arrive or a day damaged item be collected yet when i ordered they could deliver next day clearly if there's a problem you get a different service! At no time was i told my payment would at a later date be refunded back to my card why?? they were sending a replacement. 5 months later i receive a phone call saying the invoice is outstanding. I ask them to take payment from original card they say they cant. Very frustrated i ask for email confirmation. I certainly dont expect to then be threatened with a debt collection agency if payment not made promptly. I certainly won't be recommending Viking totally disgusting way to be treated.

Order arrived the next day as promised with a dent and a locking system that did not work. Returned and asked for a replacement although not perfect was acceptable. Then I received an invoice for the replacement item that I had already paid for. So Viking are asking me to pay twice for a faulty item? I wish that I had read the reviews on here before ordering! I don't think I shall be using them again.

Absolute Rubbish. Wrong Goods sent in Error at the beginning of March Invoiced in full and still on my account. I have had copios phone calls and em mails all a waste of time because nobody does what they said they are going to do. Not in the least concerned about my natural aversion to have any future dealings untill they sorted it out. Basically a company now "run" by totally disinterested people. How the mighty are fallen.

I had to send 2 separate items from 2 different addresses back to Viking for a refund, 3 months down the line and numerous phone calls and web chats we still have no collection or refund! - awful service and no reason as to why these items have not been collected.

The delivery took 7 days instead of 1 day but it has arrived. UPS delivery was pretty bad. They said that they will deliver by the end of the day but never arrived until next business day midday. No timeframe or a call before coming so you can be waiting all day long and they might not even come. It was lucky I was home when they actually delivered...

Avoid, really poor customer service. Premium rate phone line given by sales department to try to sort problem out that I had , rang the premium rate number and customer service were unable to sort out my problem. Very expensive call for nothing. Informed they couldn't cancel order as well. Unfortunately I have to agree with other reviews, poor customer service and I will never purchase from this company again.

Ordered 2 cans of Scotchguard from this company as they came up reasonably priced and advertised next day delivery. Then read the reviews here and elsewhere and thought 'aw no', but was only 15 odd quid so prepared for the worst. Next day sure enough the delivery arrived just after lunchtime. So, for me anyway, no issues, good price and delivered on time as promised.

Dont believe them when they say next day delivery dont waste your time waiting in all day wish I'd just gone to town to buy my ink I'm going to have to now go in the morning as need it will not be shopping with them ever again can not be trusted

I had to give this company one star to publish this review - in reality I would give -5 stars. Viking is that terrible. Failed to deliver my purchase to my address, then tried to claim it had been delivered by sending a frankly laughable signature to confirm receipt (two block capital letters that are my initials) before finally agreeing on the phone to issue an immediate refund. Six days later I'm still waiting and each day I get fobbed off when I enquire why my £100 hasn't been reimbursed. The latest repsonse is totally absurd - the courier is going to come and show me where the item (that was never delivered in the first place) was left. Steer well clear of this useless, deceitful company.

I managed after weeks of phoning and emailing to get a product returned. It transpired that the telephone number was on a premium rate line so I eventually accepted a £25 voucher in compensation. When I came to use it the voucher was invalid. After another call to the premium rate line I was promised a call back to take my credit card details and a refund. No call was forth coming. I called to day and they hung up on me and will not answer my emails ! A dishonourable and totally unprincipled Company.
