I ordered 4 weeks ago, delivery was supposed to happen, but nothing was delivered. I qsked for my money back and Viking says they start an inquiry and it can take 5 weeks. After 4 weeks I ask again and they say that they received my complain and .... that they will start some research about it and it can take 5 weeks! I just want my money back. But noooo...they keep my money and I don't have a thing.

They delivered my order to a random address in a different county and are chasing me for payment, absolute joke. No matter who you talk to, they say they have GPS and photo of delivery, both showing somebody else's address,

Sold me printer when it was not in stock, no delivery arrived and when contacted Viking Direct I was told that item will not be in stock for another 3 -4 days than it will take upto 48-72 to deliver, I hope I get refund which they said will be done in next 3 days, I would not recomend Viking Direct to anyone

Ordered a notice board 7th Oct for delivery 8th Oct - not delivered - no explanation as to why this was not delivered - told delivery would now be 11th Oct = not delivered again - no explanation - driver finally turned up 12th Oct with what was obviously an empty, damaged box - delivery refused - contacted customer services for refund as I do not wish to deal with this company again - told this would be 7-14 days - have contacted today to enquire where refund is as its now 14 days - advised it is 7-14 WORKING days - my response was - OK, but it still over 7 days - in these days of instant online money transfer, are you seriously going to make me wait the full 20 days until you refund me??
Apparrantly so - AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Do not use Viking they are utterly useless there customer service is shocking and its takes 5 months to resolve a query.... been escalated no manager returned call.
Also very over priced
Do not meet delivery dates

Hi There.
I placed an order for some whiteboard markers over a month ago and nothing recieved. I emailed customer services and got a reply that they were looking into it. Still no delivery.
Lately, I was asked to complete a survey on customer satisfaction with Viking.
What a joke.
Avoid.
I will update again.
