I took 5 days off work waiting for someone to collect a returns appliance. No one came to collect and the company never gave me any updates.
I had to phone them so many times to rectify the situation.
I have just received a phone bill for over £70 as a transpires their calls are not free.

Viking Direct have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, they claim they offer ‘hassle free returns’ this is far from the truth. They claim they have a pick service that will collect your order for a return, however over a week has passed and they claim they will come the following working day, yet the collection service have still not come to this day. Honestly terrible
”

Awful returns process. Collection driver arrived on wrong day then did not turn up at all on another day.
I received no call back when I raised a complaint the first time.
I would not recommend
