If you wish to return the product please send back to our return address (you can find this on the contact us section of the website) and we'll refund your order as soon as we receive them. Had an issue at first, where I didn’t receive my items, but they resolved it with a goodwill gesture, will be happy to use them again

Postal service is good - quick delivery if you pay a bit extra. E-liquids are consistent in quality, but price is on the high side. Experience of the shop in town is less impressive however, with stock levels disappointing at times and expensive.

Hi Keeley, we've tried to contact you about your order, it looks like it's been lost by Royal Mail as we can see from the tracking that it has not been delivered yet. We will resend your order today.
Used you for ages. Service v.good. Recent purchase of Golden Elizabeth good as usual, but finding containers v.stiff and resort to pliers to extract liquid. Nuisance, but not major prob.

Been 10 days since I ordered, still haven't received it, and customer services aren't responding to me.

Hi James, thanks for your feedback and for taking the time to tell us about your experience. We've just checked the tracking on this order and can see it was delivered on Saturday 13/05/2023, which was 11 days after we dispatched it. it seems the street name was not entered into the shipping address which can lead to a delay with Royal Mail, especially in May (as there have been several bank holidays).
