“I ordered and paid for a Vileda Steam Mop on Tue 25 March in the morning with the promise on their website that if ordered before 2.00 pm delivery is guaranteed on the following day. Needless to say that I received no mop, logging into the Vileda account my order does not appear, yet the money has been paid and a confirmation order has been produced Order Confirmation 125746734. Very poor sales service. I am wondering if I ever will get this mop.”

“I was scammed...after a month of waiting '"patiently"... I got my delivery notice sitting by my front door.. of course nothing was delivered.. the price looked good up front but since I received nothing doesn't look so good now.. a refund would be awesome if it includes the shipping”

“I am really pleased with my vileda steam mop. I have tiles in my kitchen and right through to my conservatory the mop has made such a difference with cleanliness and the tiles are dry so quickly.”

“I have used a couple of other steam mops but this is the best one if all you want to do is wash the floor. This is the second one I have purchased ascthe first one was quite old and had started to leak. The price was very good too.”

“The products were fine but sadly packed so badly the bottle of cleaning liquid split and leaked over the replacement mops. I did email Vileda but no response to date.”
