“Not happy, sent wrong item, collected it back, but have to wait for the correct item to be sent when they have received the wrong item back, waiting around 10 days, its not even my fault !!!!”

“Most unhappy that you have not alloed the discount set out on the net. Surely if you offer such a discount it is up to you to make sure it is actioned and not the customer to seek hard to find boxes. I have given you the chance to make a decision on this and I may take4 other advice in hand and discuss with trading standards as I assume you work and sell within English Law. “I would have given the turbo mop and bucket 5 out of 5 but the price l paid was a con, l paid £27 with a 20% discount, and Argos and Robert Dyas are selling the same Mop & Bucket for £19.99 the mop is brilliant but the price is a con”
