We have tracked the order and there was a problem with our courier who delivered the item on the Next Day Delivery rather than a Saturday Delivery. “Had this Hoist rotary for about 8 years already, still working well but actual washing line cracking and have been unable to get replacement line from yourselves. Hence have ordered a new one. Bought one for my Mother in law several years ago as well and hers is still going as strong as ever. Great Product.”

“1- It didn't get delivered on time. 2- I called to ask when, they gave me a date, It was't delivered on that date as well. 3- I called again, they had lost my order... 4-Called again, they just have a parcel order (no stock) ... 5-Had to cancel and ask for a refund. Worse online shopping ever.”

“It is regrettable to have to rate an experience as poor as I approve of Vileda as a brand. I did not receive confirmation of my transaction or delivery notice from Vileda, I called and one of your helpful staff indicated all was ok and on its way. When I did then finally receive the products which did not arrive on one working day as promised, both the broom handle and dust pan handle had been damaged in transit with a kink in the metal, very disappointing.”

“A washing up brush is a small thing to make a person happy but the Vileda one will last so much longer than those from the supermarket which lose their shape within days.”

“I placed the order online , the cloths airer was delivered on time 'badly DAMAGED' ! So I was very disappointed. This could have been prevented had it item been parcelled better. The bottom line , customer services asked me if I wanted a discount and keep the item. THis is what I did as to return it would have cost me £8 !!! Which I'm informed would have been refunded. Too much hassle .”
