“Love this product but felt the handle was a little too short. As I don’t regard myself as a exceptionally tall person at 5ft 8 and suffer from A spinal problem, I am struggling to use it which is a shame”

“I have already sent an email concerning this product. Handle too short -unable to use 2 hands, therefore floor not cleaned properly. (I'm only 5'1"). Also dissatisfied with the head and you have to use your hands to manipulate the cloth to wet and insert into dryer. Very unhappy with my purchase and await comments - it is not fit for purpose.”

“I purchased two Vileda spin bucket sets, unfortunately one of the two has arrived broken via the courier and needs to be returned. The quality of the other set is good and works fine. Not sure if it’s a courier or Vileda issue.”
