“I love the product but the only option for delivery was the £4.99 next day delivery option. It took nearly 4 days for my product to arrive.”

“Very slow delivery. Stated on site & confirmation email that it was next day delivery. Took 5 days to arrive. I wont be buying off the website again. Packaging was poor - black cling film type material”

“I haven’t received my ordered. I’ve had big issues trying to arrange delivery with DHL. I’m worried they are going to return order to yourselves. They were due to deliver on Friday (3rd attempt) and I stayed in all day. No one knocked the door. Their website says it’s going out for delivery again today and I’m in work. Their rearrange delivery feature on their website doesn’t work, and their automated telephone line just disconnects when you try and do anything via that. I managed to get a message reply via Facebook for the Friday delivery, but I haven’t been able to resolve anything. This was a gift for my mums birthday on Saturday which has now been on gone, but she knows that I am trying to get items delivered. I know this isn’t anything to do with your side of things, but thought I’d let you know about the issues I’ve had”

“The dryer itself is brilliant, but it arrived damaged and I have not had any response from customer services. I also live in the Scottish Highlands and had to pay £9.95 delivery. When I compared courier charges to elsewhere in Scotland which were being offered free delivery they were the same for the equivalent size of package, but yet I did not get free carriage. Very disappointed”

“Value for money. Prompt delivery. We bought it for our daughter who wanted it because she liked ours. It's safer for children as it holds the line up high. It takes the weight of a large wash.”

“The product was delivered promptly, and was first used yesterday to clean my very neglected kitchen floor. The result was that the floor was soon transformed, and looked better than it has done for a very long time. I have used various mops in the past, but none have lasted very long. I am confident that this one will, and it will come into it's own in the run up to Christmas”
