“I love Vileda's products and I was always happy with them. I have ordered spray mop recently to replace old one which started leaking after 4 years. The new came and was already leaking when I pour Vileda detergent in it. I sent email to Vileda few days ago and I am still waiting for reply.”

“Placed order over weekend, sales rang on Monday to apologise as item not in stock. However order arrived couple of days later which was a day early to the promised delivery date. It's good to be kept informed, whatever the reason, I am very happy with my item and will recommend to friends/family. I would also purchase again myself. Thankyou!”

“Brooms arrived in a damaged condition due to them being sent out assembled instead of sending the handles and heads seperate. As a result, the carrier broke the brooms in transit.”

“Ddelivery as promised next day Wednesday. Parcel opened with help of a friend on Friday (due to arthritic hands need help) when checking items noticed that the 'spike' was not included!! Contacted your branch on Saturday to let you know. Spoke to Hannah or Rebecca. Was told that they replacements are not done. Well I was not asking for a replacement because the spike was not inside the parcel!! The split pole rotary clearly states that the spike is part of this model! Please send me spike!”
