“I ordered the Vileda 3 way action broom and got the Vileda Dua Active broom instead. It seems we can put men into space and onto the Moon but somebody cannot process an order correctly.”

“I have only tried it once but it seems to be good quality, much lighter than my previous vax one and hopefully it will last longer as the vax one lasted less than 9 months. It was easy to put together and simple to operate and the lead is nice and long. I am going to use distilled water though just to make sure. I purchased this one because of the good feedback it has received.”

“Its the first clothes line I've had that goes round! Although it was difficult to assemble and had to get my husband to initially open it, I was able to hang the clothes out and then wind it up. We have trouble getting a cover over it due to its height. Otherwise for a 5ft 2ins person the clothes line is fantastic.”

“I ordered the Vileda Extra X legs dryer. The packaging was ripped when it was delivered on 10 April and a wheel corner was missing. It took 5 emails and 6 phone calls (over 40 mins, mainly being put on hold) to the Laundry Company before 9 days later the missing part arrived. Their standard of customer service is appalling. It was only after intervention from their Internal Sales Manager that rectified the matter. I will never buy anything from them again.”
