“Already reported the badly ravelled lines which took at least 2 hours to unravel. The winding mechanism is not working. Phoned your Customer Service who requested I send an email and picture to “support@laundrycompany.co.uk”....this I have done and will hopefully get a response. All very inconvenient as I was really looking forward to using my new rotary dryer, have piles of laundry waiting to put out!! Would appreciate some action on this..Thank you.”

“Love this line! It is sturdy and easy to fit with bag of post cement. The turning handle is only to raise the centre pole up into the wind, but the click up umbrella action to get lines out is easy enough and I am not very strong. All in all a great product holds up to 3 big loads of washing - just perfect. Highly recommend.”

“I've always liked these washing up cloths - I used to buy them from B and Q. but it seems you can only get them through ordering online now which is a shame, as I haven't got time to bother with computers or email! The company I bought them from has excellent service.”

“Delivery not as promised. Inferior quality not as good as product it was replacing winder extremely stiff arm retentions do not work. On the whole very disappointed with the product considering the price. ☹️”

“New mop head arrived promptly. Used once so far no problems. Previous one bought from another retailer disintegrated at the threaded junction and I wodered if the design had changed from my old straight shaft mop.”
