“The advice from Joan Hall was excellent, the order from your online shop was straight forward, the delivery was free and efficiently carried out and the price was excellent (£74.75 as opposed to over £140 from other suppliers). Needless to say I was thrilled with everything. The product is also excellent and does the job perfectly.”

“It definitely cleans up the dirt but you need some good strength to squeeze out the water using the wringer (not as easy as shown on the TV)”

“Placed my order at 1pm and it was delivered to my home at 9.30am the following day using standard delivery. Even more impressive was receiving a text message 8am informing me that the item would be delivered between 9.15am and 10.15am. Very impressive service.”
