“The airer was purchased to replace our old Vileda airer which we had had for 10 years. We were keen to buy another airer made by Vileda and we were pleased to find the similar type still available. Like all Vileda products the airer is extremely well made and finished to a high quality, living on the Pennines we often have very windy days so we need a robust product. We were also very pleased with the speedy delivery service and to find the goods well packaged to ensure no damage. Would certainly recommend the airer and the first class service.”

“My last Vileda rotary dryer lasted for 12 years so I bought this new one to replace it. Same quality different colour should see another decade of use.”

“I bought your little robot floor cleaner for my son as part of his Christmas presents: he absolutely adores it, so the refill cloths were for him, but he wanted them sent to our home. Will be ordering more for him. Brilliant product. Well done you.”

“Had the last rotary line for 10 or more years without a problem and it would still be in use if we had not left it out over several winters. Hope this new one lasts as long if not much longer, great product”

“Ordered 21/03 Broken on Delivery broken 23/03,contacted customer services same day. As of 29/03 still waiting to hear about parts to mend myself as won't replace or refund as requested!”

“I ordered a vilda rotary drier it I arrived damaged I immediately phoned to tell of the problem and was asked to send a photo of the damage I explained I had no means of sending a photo (not everybody has I phones) I was than told as I refused to send a photo of the damage I would have to pay for its return of £12.50 I said I did not refuse to send a photo I could not send one, I did not like the way the matter was dealt with and said I did not want a replacement or a new part just my money back, it was arranged to be collected the next day at my expense. As this was a damaged item and I did not send it back because I changed my mind your company has no right in charging me £12.50 for its return and I expect the full amount to be put back in my account. Mrs L Shepherd”

“This was my second order within a few weeks. I had bought a mop and additional head for home and I repeated the order for work. My mop and refill were fine, the product and quality I was expecting. This latest deliver for my work contained the wrong mop. I had ordered the adjustable length style and I received the fixed length. Of course, I was not expecting the order to be wrong and I did not notice until I dunked the mop into the bucket at work. I'm very disappointed, the long adjustable mop makes the work easier, and I particularly wanted this style. But I'm stuck with it now, and very time I have to use it I will be remembering I did not want it. I'm a bit fed up”
