Having used this company for many years we are absolutely disgusted that we have lost our money and they are not willing to refund.
They have no idea how much stress they have caused us which has resulted in major health issues
Will never ever use them again and would never recommend.
They are an absolute joke and should be ashamed of themselves

Booked for June 2021 they would not refund saying Villa was available, however the resort in Menorca was not open and all flights from UK were cancelled, they would not even offer a change of dates to later this year! Disgusting treatment after using them for years.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Supposed to holiday with them on 2nd April 2021. Have tried numerous times to contact them to move our holiday instead of a refund as all the flights are cancelled.
However, Spain is still open to tourists, so they are not obliged to help . Apparently sent an e-mail giving me a 72 hour slot in which to change my booking. An email I never received.
Used Villa Plus for years. NEVER AGAIN.
