“I purchased a pair of shorts and within a short period of time they were fading so I talked to them and they said send them back and we will send you a new pair, so I did and never received the new pair. I talked to them again and they said they will send me a gift card via email and never received it. So I called them again and they said they will send me the gift card and they did for only $29, I said the shorts cost $90 and they said well the color had been discontinued. I said then just send me another pair of shorts in a different color and they said I needed to show them the original receipt, I said I sent you back the defective pair that should be proof enough! They do not stand behind their products!”
