“Occasionally we order wine we think we are going to love and find it not to our taste. Not surprising really, when taste is such a personal thing. What do we do? We have 12 bottles of a wine we don't want and so many businesses make it almost impossibly difficult to return items and get a refund. Vinomofo makes the process so simple - you retape the box, leave it on your verandah, Australia Post picks it up, leaves a receipt, and the next thing you know you are given a choice to receive a refund or credit on your next purchase. No guilt trip. No bad feelings. Just a process delivered graciously by the Mofo team. Love this place!”
