“Great value, great service and a sense of humour. We mostly buy big bold discounted SA reds from the black market and are almost always pleasantly surprised by the quality of what arrives. The one time we sent a selection back the mofo staff member we spoke to was really nice and there was a 'no questions asked' attitude. We don’t source our wine anywhere else anymore.”

“Vinomofo offers a great way to enjoy good quality wine at a variety of price levels. The support people are great and I love the mission and company image. One thing I’d like improved, as a hay fever sufferer is the addition of labelling on the website about wines that contain the 220 preservative. It’s just changed to spring - and I’ve had some of the worst nights sleep due to drinking Wine with this preservative. I’m likely to send some back and use the happiness guarantee, which could all be saved if the 220 details were added to the wines detail page.”

“Fabulous service and a good selection of wine. Sometimes short on varieties from the more sought after regions (ie Margaret River Chardonnay, Mornington Pinot), but generally a good selection offering excellent value.”

“We've been supporters and customers of Vinomofo from the early days and feel like the focus from then has changed and the ’edge’ has been lost. The wines are now more expensive in the case deals offered and the variety isn’t what it was. We've started buying from other wine companies and, despite our long purchasing history, other friends that we've recommended you to have been given better/more interesting deals that aren't advertised, for example. A shame, all round, as we love the premise of what Vinomofo began as and would love to see some of the old magic back.”

“In a world of changes and challenges, the consistency of quality of product, service and price from Vinomofo gives a reassuring normality to an important part of my life. It offers the challenges of deciding what to buy, and trying to work out the identity of the Black Market deals (and how I can fit them in my cellar), without pretending to be a world changing decision. Keep on doing the good stuff in the same intelligent but light hearted manner, it keeps me sane! Or a least drinking better wine than I would without you.”
