“Not the best first expirience. Although the item was delivered quickly and was in excellent condition it was not the advertised size and was too small. Item will need to be returned.”

“I was quite satisfied with the delivery time and that the footwear was as it was advertised. However, I discovered a fault or part that was coming loose and contacted them about it. Did not get a response and it would have been nice of them to offer a small discount on account of this.”

“Got an email with a conformartion that my order had been shipped on the 29th Nov, along with tracking ID. However it's now the 3rd December and Royal Mail sat they are yet to recieve it, so I am not sure what is going on. I cannot get any forther information from RM regarding my order and it's an xmas present! I will wait until the 4th and give an update.”

“Great clothes and good value. However disappointed to find a small hole in the t shirt I ordered. However I had already removed the tag and it was small enough for me to sew and fix. Apart from that all is perfect and they even refunded me a delivery cost when I accidentally placed 2 separate orders. Would recommend.”

“It would be five stars, but… I cancelled my order straight after purchasing, due to buyers regret. 5 days later, it still got sent. Turns out, my buyers regret quickly changed when I saw how immaculate the piece was. Still… it’s been around a week and still no reply from customer services.”

“The jumper arrived swiftly and in good nick, but the colour of it was not as advertised. Described as blue on the website and photographed as bright cyan type shade arrived in a much darker greener colour. The pink elements were also more burgendy on arrival. The item is still very nice, but a different vibe than it appeared when I bought it and one I'm less likely to wear as often.”
