I transferred them $250 on 1st Jan, 2020 for a 2-D animated evite I needed for a wedding. I was in touch with Jack@ and Chris@ who call themselves Manager and Sr. Manager respectively.
Note: I cannot put the entire email, but these are official emails, so they will end with @vintageanimations.com
There provided me just 1 version of character for the animation, and that was literally it.
Today is 1/18/21
Since last week, they have -
1. Stopped picking up the calls (direct as well as the one listed on their wesbite)
2. Stopped replying to emails (direct as well as sales@)
3. Their Chat feature on the website has stopped working which was working on 1st Jan, 21
Please avoid using such companies for any work.
If anyone wants, I can actually send all the communication transcripts for proof from their official emails. This has been harrowing.
A wedding evite which I thought would be 2-D animated, will now have to be plain, because as far as I can see, these people are frauds.
Any advice what to do next?
