Absoulte joke, sent a jersey out... Was tracked so had proof of delivery on royal mail website. Customer said they had not recieved it, so funds got out on hold for about 20 days and then custoner was refunded, leaving me without the funds or my items. Customer service is a joke. Do not use Vinted you will get scammed.

Several times lately, Chronopost (the only available delivery mode other than home delivery) has changed the delivery site of my Vinted purchases to somewhere further away. As I have impaired mobility, this is a real problem for me. And there is nowhere to complain about it to Vinted, not the sellers (who are not responsible).

Vinted have now twice. Ignored me and I agree with previous review, smug responses and not helpful at all when trying to get my money back for an item I didn’t receive or an item I sold that was damaged by either delivery or the buyer.
I have tried to complain but the contact page blasts it no longer exists.
When my last parcel arrives I will be deleting the app. Very poor customer service.

Anyway I found the email with the form attached, I printed the form off, filled it in and sent it by 1st class recorded delivery to ensure that it would get to where it needed to go.

Beware, I bought a item, sold as excellent condition, it arrived and was not excellent condition and actually doesn't work. I paid for delivery and apparently I now have to pay to return it to the woman who sent me a useless item who won't even speak to me!!! Useless

Fraudulent company. I posted an item which I have proof of delivery. The paid said she received a completely different item. I complained, Vinted contacted the courier and said that I didn’t follow the correct shipping g procedure so they refunded the buyer when she did receive the item.
They certainly do not support the seller and customer service is shocking. They don’t look at the proof so I have lost money.

Very, very bad experience, I paid £30 and plus insurance and delivery, for Nike trainers and I received rubbish. The trainers is si old and used, shame who sells rubbish.
