“ Buyer protection is a joke. Really bad customer service. Seller sent make up in a flimsy parcel& 2 were broke. I asked for a part refund so it was fair & she said return at MY cist. Unfortunately when you reach out to Customer service they don't care. Should be regulated better & if an item isn't as described you get a partial refund instead of messing with returns & taking the risk. Awful site ”
