“I LOVE VIONIC SHOES 👞 💖💖💖 2 years ago I broke my foot, and was told from then on I'd need orthopaedic type shoes 😬 I thought yuk, that's me done then, At only 58 I was thinking that I was going to have to wear " old lady shoes " I got on google to look for said old lady shoes with built in arches, and saw Vionic 🙏🙏🙏 Thank god!!! Such gorgeous, modern trendy shoes, even heels 🤩 . I'm hooked!!! True to size, fantastic long- wearing quality, super prompt delivery, and awesome professional service!! I certainly HIGHLY RECOMMEND 💕💕💕 Pictured below wearing my Vionic heel slides, don't you just love the colour,.Super comfy all day 🧡”

“I ordered a paid of slippers on Dec 1 24, that werent suitable. Since i have tried a reach someone on the 1800 they have listed (noone ever answers) and email, several times to no avail for 2 weeks!!! in a 30 day free return perion. Worst retail experience i have has for a very long time. Beware: if you need to refund your product likely you will be in the same spot.”

Hey Nada, We're sorry that you had this experience with Vionic. Normally we pride ourselves on our Customer Service, but unfortunately this time around you caught us in a bit of a "perfect storm". We don't want to make excuses, but we hope we can explain our position. The time of year you first got in touch with us is when many staff go on leave. On top of this we migrated email platforms and many requests were lost in that transition. It is unfortunate you were swept up in this but we promise that this isn't usually the case. “The most comfortable shoes ever. I have 3 pairs and now don’t wear any others. Fantastic range of colours. But the key thing for me is comfort. I love the fact that the back of the shoe is low on my heel.”

“I was disappointed that these sandals didn't work out as they are quite cute and just what I was looking for as I'm a regular Vionic user. Sadly I am a half size and the 6 was just a tad too small that my heel hung over and I know the 7 would have been a bit too large.”

“Good comfortable shoes. They are robust & last years. I live in Darwin with high heat & humidity 9 months of the year. Rubber & shoes deteriorate at a faster rate up here. Most cheap shoes will not last one year.”

“I have Osteoarthritis in both my feet. Vionic is one of the brands a Podiarist recommend. The microfibre footbed is my preference. I need the support but have sensitive soles. I can wear my sandals from new without any discomfort. I would buy more if they did not sell out so fast. I am a size 8 and wear a size 8. I would highly recommend Vionic.”
