“I have just bought another pair of 'Bella Toe Post Thongs', my 3rd. They are sooo comfortable and needing a wide fitting, they are quite cute and dressy. I'll be saving for another colour for next summer.”

“The vionic thongs are no where near as good as the last pair I bought a few years ago. Not as comfortable and seem to be smaller. Cost cutting on quality I think.”

“I suppose I was so excited that I'd finally found a slipper that is suitable for my PF and my Heel pain, but sadly, it was a bit of a disappointment. There isn't that arch support that is generally needed and there is not much cushioning. I went online and searched for another brand to buy. I finally bought them from Ascent and they are great! I am finally able to walk around in them without pain. The quality of the finishing is not bad.”

Hey Amanda, We are sorry that you we're unsatisfied with your slippers. All of our slippers are loaded with our Three-Zone Comfort system which ensures a mixture of stability, arch support, and cushioning. Specifically designed for people with PF and Heel pain. So we find this feedback quite troubling. Furthermore, we looked up Ascent to check out the slippers you preferred and couldn't find any slippers in their range. So this has left us a little bit confused. We would love the opportunity to rectify this with you if possible. “Very happy with service Received a refund from vionic even tho shoes were bought thru a retailer who would not honour a 6 month breakdown of the shoes I couldn’t access my refund In account and it was sorted by your wonderful staff Made a mistake with my online order and it was changed by your staff promptly.”

“I was surprised that this is the first purchase of Vionic shoes and the first pair of sneakers that I have purchased that I was able to put on and wear - comfortable from the get go - no new shoes wearing in required. Will happily purchase again.”

“Very pleased with my new Vionic boots. They are quite narrow but the leather is so soft there are no rub points. Great arch support and very light. A lot lighter than I was expecting.”

“I love Vionic sandals so much I bought 3 pairs. They have great arch support with a bit of give and the straps are adjustable so you can avoid rubbing on painful areas. I can walk for hours in them with no problems. I also like that designs are fairly minimal, so you can wear them with a lot of different things.”

“I didn't buy shoes, I purchased the insoles. I have been buying your insoles since before the rebrand to "vionic". I think they are the best-shaped, lightest and most comfortable insoles available. Better than the custom ones I had made by my podiatrist. I got 3/4, full length, and sport type. The sport type is less comfortable than the other type. It is unclear from the product page what the value of the insole being less cushioned is.”

“Love my new dressy thongs. The width is great for my wider feet now that I have "matured "and have bunyans ! The thong section is very comfortable to wear as i did have my reservations about the design.”

“The slipper were not a good as I'd hoped. The arch is very high and uncomfortable, and the fabric is slippery. The new pair replaced a old pair purchased a few years ago, the new pair are very disappointing.”
