“Absolutely the best for my feet and their painful problems. Can use my orthotics or just wing it with the built in support making walking pain free again. Have sandals, flats, slippers and boots. Would not buy any other brand. Great wide fittings also help my poor old feet to be comfortable. Stylish too.”

“I love my Vionic mules and buy them every time I need new slippers. They are so comfy and warm for a wide foot and with the arch support. They also look good!!!”

“Hard to provide a star rating as my shoes have not arrived yet. I did send an email to vionic for follow up for this for me , but have not received any reply or acknowledgement. I have however received more advertising and this request for a review. I hope to be able to provide a more positive review soon”

Hello, We are so sorry that you haven't received your shoes as yet. We have looked into this a bit further and know that we have had some issues with our drivers over the past few weeks. Unfortunately as this review is anonymous we are unable to investigate this quite as much as we'd like to. Even still, we don't want to make excuses. We know how disappointing it can be to have to wait for what seems like an eternity for something you're excited for. It's not good enough on our part and we hope we are able to rectify it somehow. “We had purchased Vionic slipper since the last 5 years, some styles are a bit heavy but steady, good support. Just wish that the company could still have the free shipping for over the certain amount spent like before.”

“Had a serious case of Achilles tendonitis in 2014. Looked around for what to do. Like to wear sandals, not shoes, coz my feet get unbearably hot, so traditional orthodics wouldn't suit me. I then ordered a pair of Vionic sandals. Had to get them sent from US coz I couldn't find them in Oz--of course, that's different now. Fixed me up good and never looked back. They make you strong, where you need it most. Well done for coming this far. And congratulations: your feet have a bright future ahead of them.”

“The inner soles of the shoes were a revaluation to me. The shoes were my first pair of vionics. I love the colour and style of the shoes the high quality materials and craftsmanship really stands out and makes the shoes a please to put on and wear. The sizing was slightly smaller than what I expected. Next time would go a size up. Half sizes would be great, that would be my one request. Thank you Vionics will be buying more in the future. “I am very happy with my purchase of ballet flats. They fit well. I've had problems with planter fascitis in the past and have not been able to wear ballerina shoes as they are unsupported, and most other orthotic shoes are clunky and clumsy looking. I am glad I stumbled across Vionic shoes.”

“The vionic thongs are no where near as good as the last pair I bought a few years ago. Not as comfortable and seem to be smaller. Cost cutting on quality I think.”

“I suppose I was so excited that I'd finally found a slipper that is suitable for my PF and my Heel pain, but sadly, it was a bit of a disappointment. There isn't that arch support that is generally needed and there is not much cushioning. I went online and searched for another brand to buy. I finally bought them from Ascent and they are great! I am finally able to walk around in them without pain. The quality of the finishing is not bad.”

Hey Amanda, We are sorry that you we're unsatisfied with your slippers. All of our slippers are loaded with our Three-Zone Comfort system which ensures a mixture of stability, arch support, and cushioning. Specifically designed for people with PF and Heel pain. So we find this feedback quite troubling. Furthermore, we looked up Ascent to check out the slippers you preferred and couldn't find any slippers in their range. So this has left us a little bit confused. We would love the opportunity to rectify this with you if possible.
