“Love the shoes and I've bought a few from you, especially over the last couple of years. I am reminded regularly about joining a rewards system and have attempted to do so on a few occasions but it hasn't yet happened. Would you mind having a look at it for me.”

“Great shoe with arch support and choice of wide or regular fit. Very quick delivery and excellent service. I ordered a size that was too small and was able to return immediately (postage paid by Vionic. Due to this great customer service, I ordered 2 more pairs at the correct sizing. The refund for the pair I returned was back into my account in no time with no hassles. (Admittedly, I returned the shoes in perfect condition, a day after I had received them, still with all the wrapping and had only tried on one shoe.”

“Only discovered Vionic shoes last summer. Now have 2 pairs. The quality is excellent and the fit is great for us people with feet issues. The arch support is what I love about them, while still looking like a fashion shoe. I would rather have a couple of quality pairs of shoes, than a cupboard full of sandals that make your feet hurt. Well worth the money.”

“I've been buying Vionics for a few years now because I have plantar fasciitis and heel pain and these shoes and inserts help relieve my symptoms. Whenever I order them, I know I am going to receive it within a day or two. Great company.”
