“Was so excited to recieve my shoes as it is my second purchase. But they are so hard under feet bit disappointed.”

Hey Robyn, We apologise that you're disappointed with your recent shoe purchase. But we're pretty sure we can offer an explanation for this. With our shoes, we always recommend giving them a few days to adjust to the level of support offered. It can take time to get used to Vionic's Vio-Motion Support system and we're sorry that it took you by surprise. This isn't the case with all of our shoes however, and we are guessing that your first pair was a little softer (perhaps slippers or sneakers?). Even if we've completely missed the mark here, we hope by now you have adjusted to the level of support and are now loving your now shoes.

“Beautiful sandals. My usual size did not quite fit sent them back for a larger size I’m a 41 I ordered a size 9 my heels were just in the shoe I’m going to try the 10. They are incredibly pretty so I hope they fit”

“I normally buy a size 8 vionic shoe. I bought my first boot size 8 where foot bedding can be removed and now shoe is tight. In built they are fine. Love vionics but just be aware of this difference. 😫”

“Last year I purchased a pair of Zullaz slides as my Vionic ones were so uncomfortable. The Zullaz brand are so comfortable. This year I needed a new pair but unfortunately purchased a pair of Vionic instead. I couldn't understand why they were so uncomfortable and then realised too late my mistake. So now I am wearing an old pair of Zullaz and have a new pair of Vionic slides that I will never wear.”

Thank you for your feedback on your recent experience with Vionic Shoes. We apologize that the pair you purchased this year did not meet your expectations in terms of comfort. However, we’d like to take this opportunity to explain. At Vionic, we create shoes a little differently. All of our shoes include our patented “Vio-Motion Support”. This is a podiatrist designed support system that takes arch support to the next level. However, this can take a few days to get used to. We are aware of Zullaz and they have a lot more cushioning on the foot base. While this may be more comfortable straight off the bat, you’re sacrificing that higher level of support which will benefit you greater in the long run. If you would like to discuss your experience further or if you need assistance with your purchase, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We want to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their Vionic Shoes.

“Great looking shoes and very supportive but the heel design is very bad - both the inside of the heels and the edge of the heel rub and dig into your feet so badly. Worst blisters I’ve had in a long time, even after 5+ wears. Not what I expected from such good quality shoes.”

“I have a wide foot with arthritis in my toes, therefore finding suitable shoes is difficult. I was able to wear these sandals as they have Velcro to extend the toe area. Thanks for the consideration to your customers.”
