Just purchased these shoes, and after putting them on 3 times they are already coming apart. I would like them replaced. I have sent an email but had no reply.

I was disappointed with the jacynder little kitten heel pointed toe. Very little under foot support and very narrow. The toe coverage was also too low but wide enough.

Shoes were not comfortable caused blisters on my heals. Seemed to be Very narrow in width. I would have returned them but it was just too much mucking around to do so. So I don’t think I would try to buy shoes from your company in the future. Thank you.

Looks good, light weight not bulky for female AUS size 10. Good quality. Followed size guide just to be extra safe and got a size 10 but shoes extremely tight as it is. Can’t be worn with socks. Maybe with thin stockings but even that might be tight. Dissapointed. I heard they have a free returning system and can be exchanged but i don’t want the hassel and also i have never worn the next size up and dont want to get a size 11 as i don’t want huge bulky shoes and to be disappointed twice.

Unfortunately they had to be returned. Disappointed I am still waiting for refund.

Very unhappy with my purchase. Have only worn the FARRA sandals bought and get sore legs and find the soles where my feet sit very rough and uncomfortable. Have not even attempted the AMBER pair due to my disappointment . Regrettably didn’t keep the boxes so cannot return the unworn pair.

Slippers were too big around heel. Turns out the wrong size slipper was packed in the box. I was sent a size 7 instead of a size six. It was very disappointing. I have returned for a refund as I’m sure the big heel situation will not be much better in the size 6 either. They are too expensive to sit gathering dust in the cupboard if they are uncomfortable to wear.

Hard to provide a star rating as my shoes have not arrived yet. I did send an email to vionic for follow up for this for me , but have not received any reply or acknowledgement. I have however received more advertising and this request for a review. I hope to be able to provide a more positive review soon

Hello, We are so sorry that you haven't received your shoes as yet. We have looked into this a bit further and know that we have had some issues with our drivers over the past few weeks. Unfortunately as this review is anonymous we are unable to investigate this quite as much as we'd like to. Even still, we don't want to make excuses. We know how disappointing it can be to have to wait for what seems like an eternity for something you're excited for. It's not good enough on our part and we hope we are able to rectify it somehow. I normally buy a size 8 vionic shoe. I bought my first boot size 8 where foot bedding can be removed and now shoe is tight. In built they are fine. Love vionics but just be aware of this difference. 😫

Last year I purchased a pair of Zullaz slides as my Vionic ones were so uncomfortable. The Zullaz brand are so comfortable. This year I needed a new pair but unfortunately purchased a pair of Vionic instead. I couldn't understand why they were so uncomfortable and then realised too late my mistake. So now I am wearing an old pair of Zullaz and have a new pair of Vionic slides that I will never wear.

However, we’d like to take this opportunity to explain. At Vionic, we create shoes a little differently. All of our shoes include our patented “Vio-Motion Support”. This is a podiatrist designed support system that takes arch support to the next level. However, this can take a few days to get used to. We are aware of Zullaz and they have a lot more cushioning on the foot base. While this may be more comfortable straight off the bat, you’re sacrificing that higher level of support which will benefit you greater in the long run. Incredibly comfortable but in less then two days of wear the heel started peeling off the rest of the shoe - definitely not an issue I'd expect so quickly considering the price!
