“ Even when you all and ask why they estimated their delivery date when you purchased: (a) they will put you on hold for about 20 mins ( clearly many customers have the same issue) and (b) you only get to speak to a customer service call agent who has no knowledge of the whereabouts of your order and no ability to do anything to expedite it. ”
