“The agents from the concierge department are highly skilled and knowledgeable. They are familiar with the region and can organize a day trip in an hour. The city tour was a great way to get insight into Dubrovnik's history. Recommendations!”

“The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach and several eateries. With a little more thought this place could rate a 4 or 5 star. Bedding was underwhelming. Old sheets, clean, and a poor top blanket that had holes. Ned pillows were hard and not enough of them. No toiletries like Shampoo or soap. A number of stone tiles came off one of the living room walls. Pool a had a under water light hanging out of the socket in the pool. Has barbecue hidden away. Found the clothes washer for the downstairs apartment hidden in an outdoor closet in the back of the house. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay with 6 adults and 3 children. Just a little added care with details such as described above would go a long way to a making a stay here perfect for families.”

“Wir haben in dieser wunderschönen Villa eine tolle Urlaubswoche mit unserem Hund verbracht. Der große Garten ist ideal, der Pool wunderschön. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist auf sehr hohem Niveau, jedoch muss ich eine Kleinigkeit beanstanden die Spiegeln in den Badezimmeern sind zu hoch montiert, sodas ich (158 cm groß) nur auf Zehenspitzen meinen Kopf sehen konnte. Auch gibt es im ganzen Haus keinen großen Spiegel. Das ist natürlich Kritik auf sehr hohem Niveau. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Villa K nur bestens weiter empfehlen.”

“Would highly recommend VIP Holiday Booker. Our experience was perfect from the initial booking right until leaving the villa. We could not have asked for more. We initially booked to go in 2020 but could not go until Sept 2022. The company was so understanding and professional in dealing with the situation. Communication was always polite and swift. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.”
