“The product is out of stock and is available online. My overall experience with the VIPbrand is very worst, its just waste of money. it has been 3 months i have ordered some cosmetic items and not yet arrived.”

“I am never the type to post my experience good or bad. But this brand got me to regret spending my money on what they advertise as vip . Smell fake , bottles look fake and incomplete order . Never ever buying again from this fake brand .The worst shopping experience ever”

“Don’t buy any perfumes for this site, it’s really loss money, it’s not original it is fake, they not return your money cash. They’re is layers. I am very sorry that I did not recheck this site before.”

“Their packaging is badas they don't care if there will be problems with shipping as I got the perfume broken and the liquid is out of the bottle and at the end informed me that will give you 30% as per a ridiculous policy that is not there saying "perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged because of shipping conditions" why will I be responsible of shipping problem and its not me who is shipping and there is another item I requested and didn't receive because its not available and they informed me that they will return the amount as voucher and I really decided not to buy anything from them and since I told them no I want it back to my credit card they started to ignore all my chats and that is really irritating and not acceptable.”

“Dear friends, VIP brands is total loss of money (it is better to not order than ordering from VIP brands), they are 100% cheaters, you will be fascinated to see their prices 1000 dirham things will be ready for sale for 200 Dirhams only, but PLEASE ! PLEASE! PLEASE! Do not invest you single pie to purchase from VIP brands. Their brief looting procedures after you buy from VIP brands are:- 1. Delivery time is not given (you may receive after minimum after 40 Days of order). 2. No Refund procedures, 3. No call, E-mail enquiry option, 4. No status update for shipment, 5. Shipment from non-famous couriers like SOTI, UNIVERSAL EXPRESS, SAB EXPRESS etc. 6. Only whatsup response, but still liars, 7. After all these efforts you get useless watery perfumes, which is hardly available for 10 Dirhams on street sellers. 8. For return procedure if you choose they have fixed return formality in other language to make return procedure tedious , 9. Some say it is about to 1 year but yet no refunds, 10. Precisely speaking they are decent looters with lucrative website to catch the customers. Even if you want to check your fate it is upto you, disappointment is sure. I have done lot of online shopping, but this is worst.”

“Please don't get cheated... I have placed my order in Aug 2020. Till now i didn't received my order. No proper feed back from them, always saying under shipment... They are not sharing the tracking number or Link to check the delivery status.. Seems like its scammers... please don't loose your money.”

“I requested some items, the delivery was too late, and they sent it without the most expensive item. When I requested the money, they said it should be in period of 45-60 days but I didn’t receive anything. The costumer service is not responding neither respecting the clients. Please don’t buy anything from them”
