“Great to begin with but the 5 stars come from follow up after sales service. i had an issue where i was not going to meet the deadline for pick up due to a changed flight. the after sales service by VIP was brilliant, liaising with the provider and communicating back as required. they sorted and confirmed the solution with no extra costs involved. superb service and outcome, will use again.”
“If I could give a lower rating I would. Do not do business with this company. They did not disclose all conditions or requirements concerning an airport car rental. I went to pick up the car and was not allowed to because I had used a debit card to purchase the rental, but did not have a plane ticket in hand. As someone who does not travel a lot I was not aware of this requirement and could not get the vehicle. More than that, VIPCars would not refund my money. They basically took over $800 from me. None of the documents or emails that they sent ever disclosed the requirement to have a plane ticket in hand when renting using a debit card. Please do not rent from this company”
