“There is a problem with your website. No matter what delivery and billing address is selected they are not the ones that appear on the invoice My previous order on 23/03 was delivered to my old address and I have not been able to get it when I reordered I elected my work address but the order was actually delivered to my home address this need sorting out urgently”

“Had to pay for delivery and Didn't get my 20% off first order. Website wasn't available. Little product choice. And very low flavour, expected better for the expense! Will shop elsewhere in future.”

“Used VIP a lot and always happy but was a bit disappointed that i paid £5 next day delivery but because it was on a thurs and could not get it deliver till the Mon so was not happy to pay for the ex but could get it when i wanted”

“This service is very good I came down in my nicotine I am now on zero.I still vape I have been nicotine free for two years if I feel likes cigarette I just have a vape.”

“I purchased a vip vaper cost me 65.00 from your stall in Beaumont leys after 4 days it wouldn’t charge so I took it back and the battery was replaced 7 days later the dialogue didn’t work and the charge was very weak I was told to go to the highcross to sort it as I found out the first time I returned the sales rep didn’t put my receipt in the box so it sat still boxed and I can’t use it you were recommended to me for a decent product never again your reps have a very unuseful attitude”

“Only problem is delivery by Royal Mail. They wanted a signature and as I was not at home I had to go to their Depot to collect it. Now that never used to be a problem as their depot used to be under a mile away but they closed it and now I have to go the other side of Dartford which is about 6 miles away and the traffic can be very congested. Altogether a 1 hour round trip. I do order a fair amount online and most of the other companies are happy to leave parcels in my enclosed porch”

Thank you for your review, I am sorry that you have been having problems with Royal Mail, we do offer DPD delivery at a small extra cost which gives you a delivery timeslot and gives you the option to include a delivery instruction ie. leave with a neighbour should you wish to use this option on your next order.
