“Love the airflow clearomisers and the british gold liquid. But, most of all I love the charming ervice I receive on the occasions I have to ring up with a query.”

“I have used VIP for the last 4 years and I love the Triple Ice Vip liquid. I use a photon but recently I have found that the coils are running out within 2 days - so I am going to have to rethink what I use as the vape as I am having to rebuy now on a regular basis”

“I have tried quite a few vape liquids from various places, but have to say the VIP ones are great. I wanted a tobacco flavour so went for the 'British gold' and it was outstanding by comparison to some I have tried and v closely resembles benson and hedges, in aroma and flavour. Products arrived the v next day and the price was fair for the quality of the liquid. Give it a go !”

“I have used VIP since day one when I stopped smoking so about 5 years or so and have never thought of a cigarette again. I have on occasion had to use other brands but have always come back to VIP for service and quality as well as good regular offers”

“Liquids are fine no issues at all there. Vape pen itself has broken countless times and they refused to take it back and fix it. Rang the customer service line who just told me to take it back to the kiosk i bought it from which were the ones refusing to refund or replace despiteit being broken. I will continue to use the liquids but the pen has been a waste of 30 quid and ive since had to spend more money to buy one elsewhere”
