Thank you for contacting VIP regarding your order. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. We are currently experiencing some delays with customer orders. We are experiencing a huge increase of new customers to our online platform due to the current situation with Covid-19. All these new customers have ultimately led to a huge spike in the volumes of our online orders. Our warehouse is at full capacity and working very hard to ensure orders are going out as soon as possible. The warehouse team is trying to pick and pack as many orders as possible whilst trying to replenish our stocks, to ensure customers can order what they require. Currently our delivery times is 5-7 working days. If your order fails to arrive within the 7 working days or you require further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our friendly customer care team on 0161 413 0370 or via customerservices@vipcig.com. I have been informed that my order had been dispatched since 9 of April. Still hasn't arrived. Emailed customer service and still no reply.

ten motives cigarette stopped working after 2 days. rang phone line and first day got piped music and second day the line is disconnected, whats going on ? Poor product and even poorer service

Ordered 80 cartamizers came within a couple of days no problem with delivery but the best before date is end of April today’s date is the 10 April so check the best before date

Unfortunately this was my worse experience with this company regarding delivery. I placed my order on the 30th March and it is not here but thanks to Otis who went out of his way to resolve the situation. He was very honest and apologetic and has now made it so my delivery will be here tomorrow. Its nice to see people are still doing their jobs correctly and with manners, with everything going on around us! He is a credit to your company and he should be rewared accordingly.

The website is easy to use and the pricing is reasonable...... I emailed to enquire about my order and received a very quick and satisfactory response from Nicola..... not only was she helpful but she was honest a apologetic about the slight delay on my order..... a credit to the customer service team.... thank you ...
