“I've just placed my order for the VIP Virginia Tobacco - used it for years and always enjoy it. “I was having trouble getting a charger for my photon vapour, so i contacted VIP directly to see if they could help. I left my phone number on the e mail and asked them to help me. The response was immediate and very helpful. Thank you so much Janet, you were so helpful and patient with me and you showed what customer service should be but so often is not. Thanks again VIP and Janet”

“I had a problem with my delivery, where royal mail left it hanging out of my postbox and my eliquid went missing. I emailed in tuesday night and by tuesday morning Nicola had contacted me and sorted put a re-order. Thank you for fab customer service Nicola :0)”

“Always so helpful. Saw an offer showing on the website but couldn't work out how to claim it. When I rang them it turned out it was an expired offer yet they still honoured it which was a wonderfully pleasant surprise. Grant on the phone was fantastic, extremely helpful and chatty and his manager rounded up the discount for me which was again was very lovely of them. Have ordered from them for years and will continue to do so. Can't fault them. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!”
