Virgin Experience Days was launched in March 2001 under the name of Virgin Experience. Originally offering experiences to corporate clients as a way of incentivising staff and customers, the company rapidly expanded to bring the Virgin values of quality, innovation, value for money and fun to the consumer experience gift market.
The summer of 2003 was a real milestone for Virgin Experience. In our continual quest to bring the best experiences and unrivalled service, we joined forces with Acorne Sports. Founded in 1988, Acorne Sports is the original experience company and it’s their stamp of approval that confirms our pedigree and ability to deliver unforgettable experiences. Acorne ’s unrivalled reputation, knowledge and relationship with all of the featured centres made them the perfect partners for Virgin Experience, a company dedicated to making sure customers have the very best time. By teaming up, we are able to challenge the way every experience is provided and offer once-in-a-lifetime gifts backed up by friendly service staff with first-hand knowledge.

“Bletchley Park was a very interesting and well explained day out. Easily a family day out with picnic area and benches and deckchairs provided around the lake. We had the tea for two. It was delicious and very filling. Highly recommend this day out.”

“We really enjoyed our day at Eagle heights. It was truly magical. Meeting the Owls, and seeing the other animals, birds and reptiles. Peter who introduced us to the Owls was very knowledgeable and made our session with the Owls a real experience never to be forgotten. The whole day was just perfect.”

“The site was very easy to use. I panicked when I read I could only book the restaurant 2 days before going as we wanted the dinner on the Friday night, but there was no need. There were a good few spots available. The whole experience was fantastic.”

“What an amazing hour I had during my extended flying lesson! It was simply....amazing. What an opportunity. Looking at the world from above and flying my very first plane, thanks to Virgin, was an unforgettable experience and perhaps the start of a new career path? Who knows. Thank you, Redhill Aviation Centre, for making it possible! The pilot, Mariano, was just a great, passionate, knowledgable cicerone. Again, thank you!”
